OUR RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love your new Natopia purchase. But we understand sometimes they are not quite right so we have the following return options available in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: 

Within 14 days of purchase, you can return your item and receive a credit note or refund to your original payment method so long as it meets our return's conditions:

 

  1. Products were purchased at original retail price
  2. The items are returned within 14 days of purchase.
  3. Products are returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags attached
  4. The shipping cost to return the item is payable by the customer.

 

Natopia reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet the above conditions.


Please note, we are unable to accept returns on sale items, which also includes mystery bags. 

 

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
You can return an item purchased online by filling out your requst online in our returns portal which can be found here


Please ensure you use a protective bag for your return, and we recommend sending via a traceable form of postage as Natopia will not be responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in transit.
Please note: all returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Natopia.

REFUNDS – ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Provided the conditions in our returns policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment. Please note that delivery costs will be excluded unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (eg. they are faulty or not as ordered). Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after receiving the returned item/s. 

 

CREDIT NOTES

If a credit note is requsted we will email the item by way of a gift voucher to your email address.
