What is the difference between the Super Soft, Deluxe and Ultimate leggings?

How much is postage?
For orders under $129 we charge a flat rate of $12.95 per order to anywhere in Australia, no matter how much you buy! We offer free shipping if you spend over $129! This is calculated after discounts have been applied.
For orders up to 2kg to New Zealand we charge a flat rate of $24.95 and for order between 2-5kg there is a flat rate of $44.95. All charges are in Australian dollars
Who do you send your parcels through?
Australia Post or Sendle
How can I track my order?
Once we have carefully packaged your items, we will send you an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcels sent via Australia post here. We are experiencing issues providing Sendle tracking numbers so please contact us if your tracking number is not working.
My parcel is taking longer than expected to arrive, what should I do?
Australia Post and Sendle can experience delays during peak periods. We suggest checking your tracking number on their website - it should give you an estimated date of when you should receive the goods. If this time has passed, please lodge a missing/late parcel enquiry with them here.
What if my parcel tracking shows it’s delivered but I haven’t received it?

What currency are the prices quoted in?
The prices are in Australian dollars.
Can I amend my order or add to it?
If you message us within 4 hours of placing your order we may be able to make the change for you, but can't guarantee it. Message us via chat on our website with your order number and your request and we will see if we can change it for you.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
We endeavour to send your orders within 1-3 business days.
How do I use my Natopia Rewards Points?
Login to the pink rewards icon at the bottom left-hand side of your screen.
Once you are logged in select the same pink icon and you will see an option - Ways to Redeem.
This will turn your points into a unique discount code to be used at the checkout. For every $1 spent you earn 5 Natopia Points
Please note the discount code can not be used in conjunction with any other promo or discount.
Why do some of our leggings have elastic in the top of the waistband and others don’t?
We recognise that comfort means different things to different people. We want to cater for different needs, so we run with a few styles of leggings. You can read more about the difference between our Deluxe, Super Soft and Ultimate leggings here.
Do the leggings have pockets?
We have leggings,capris and shorts with pockets, but our Super Soft and Ultimate styles currently have no pockets.
I can’t find a size label on the leggings; how do I know what size they are?
All Size 8-14 leggings will have the code OS or ONE SIZE on the care label
Size 16-20 deluxe leggings with have TC on the care label.
Size 16-22 Super Soft and Ultimate will have Plus Size on the care label
Size 22-26 deluxe have TC2 on the care label
Size 22-28 Ultimate have XTC/3X-5X or X PLUS on the care label.
How often do you receive new stock?
Every Week.
Does Natopia repeat patterns in the leggings?
We repeat our best sellers, but we have so many best sellers we have to rotate them – we can’t have them all in all the time just yet.
How do I care for my leggings?
With love of course! but..
Hand washing in cold water is what we recommend for our leggings.
No Tumble drying unless you want to shrink them.
Take care wearing jewellery that might catch and snag the fabric.
When you are pulling them up, please be careful with your beautiful long nails as they have in the past, (OK I’m guilty of this) pierced holes in your favourite pair that we no longer stock which could leave you crying like a baby on your bedroom floor.
Can I return my purchase?
Yes, you can! We offer a refund or credit note on full priced items if it meets our returns conditions.

Can I cancel my order?
Of course. We’ve all done the 3am purchase after polishing off a bottle of red wine or two and regretted it in the morning or purchased sometimes 3 sizes too small when wearing champagne goggles.
So yes, cancellations can be done as long as we haven’t sent your order. You need to contact us swiftly as we have been known to pick orders quicker than you can say ‘NATOPIA MAKE THE BEST LEGGINGS IN THE WORLD’. Just message Rhee via the message box on our website, with your order number we can check if your order information has already been sent and if not, cancel it for you!
What methods of payments do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Afterpay, ZIP and Humm. We also accept PayPal but please note - they do not support discount codes and offers, so PAYPAL is only offered where the cart has full priced items only.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we currently ship to New Zealand.
How do I use my discount code?
If you have been lucky enough to have a discount code, you need to be in the checkout screen and enter the discount code in the field provided.
Can I use multiple discount codes on my order?
You can only use one discount code per order.
Where are the leggings made?
They’re made with love by our friends in China and then sent to our Melbourne warehouse. We pick and pack all orders from here.
Do you offer click and collect?
No sorry.
What if I’m in between the sizes of your leggings (e.g., 14-16)? Should I go up a size or down?
It does come down to individual taste and comfort, but we recommend sizing up if you are a 14/16 especially if you are buying the ‘deluxe’ leggings or you are taller than average as they offer a little extra length.
