We offer free shipping within Australia, on all orders over $129 (after discounts) and is applied automatically at checkout.
For order under $129, we offer standard Shipping at a flat rate of $12.95, or express Shipping for a flat rate of $18.95 Australia Wide. We use Australia Post to send all parcels and we provide a tracking number to you via email once we have packed and sent your order.
New Zealand - for orders up to 2kg we charge a flat rate of $24.95 and for orders that are 2-5 kgs there is a flat rate of $44.95. They are send via Australia Post via international express. All charges are in Australian Dollars.

TRACKING YOUR PARCEL
Once your order has been packed and left our warehouse, we will email you a tracking number with a link to Australia Post.

POSTAGE INFORMATION
Orders are sent via Australia Post and require signature on delivery.
If the parcel is not signed for, the item will be carded. This card will be left at the address supplied and will indicate where your parcel may be collected from. In most cases the parcel will be located at your local Australia Post Depot.
Please allow up to 3 days processing time before your parcel is sent.

MISSING PARCELS
On the event that your parcel is late up or is lost, please contact us at info@shopnatopia.com and we can follow up for you.
INCORRECT INFORMATION
Once your order has been placed changes are able to be made as long as your order hasn't been sent to our warehouse for processing. Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Business addresses must include the business name.
If parcels are not collected, or are required to be returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct.
If you do find you have entered incorrect shipping information please email us ASAP at Info@shopnatopia.com and we will attempt to correct the mistake.
