We offer free express shipping on all orders over $99 (after discounts) and is applied automatically at checkout.

For order under $99, we offer standard Shipping at a flat rate of $8.95, or express Shipping for a flat rate of $14.95 Australia Wide. We use Australia Post to send all parcels and we provide a tracking number to you via email once we have packed and sent your order.

Orders containing pre-order items will be sent only when all items are in stock. For more information on pre-orders, see the preorders tab.

TRACKING YOUR PARCEL
Once your order has been packed and left our warehouse, we will email you a tracking number with a link to Australia Post.

POSTAGE INFORMATION

Orders are sent via Australia Post and require signature on delivery.

If the parcel is not signed for, the item will be carded. This card will be left at the address supplied and will indicate where your parcel may be collected from. In most cases the parcel will be located at your local Australia Post Depot.

Please allow up to 3 days processing time before your parcel is sent. 

PLEASE NOTE POSTAGE TIMES CAN VARY DEPENDING ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS, WEEKENDS, LOCATION, NATURAL DISASTERS, CUSTOMS INVESTIGATIONS, AUSTRALIA POST INVESTIGATIONS & OTHER UNCONTROLLABLE FACTORS. 

THESE TIME-FRAMES ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL, WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO ENSURE YOU RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL ASAP. 

MISSING PARCELS

On the event that your parcel is late up or is lost, please contact us at info@shopnatopia.com and we can follow up for you. 

INCORRECT INFORMATION

Once your order has been placed changes are able to be made as long as your order hasn't been sent to our warehouse for processing. Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Business addresses must include the business name.

If parcels are not collected, or are required to be returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct.

If you do find you have entered incorrect shipping information please email us ASAP at Info@shopnatopia.com and we will attempt to correct the mistake.

CHRISTMAS & SALE PERIODS

During Christmas and sale periods please allow extra time for your parcels to arrive. We aim to get your orders out ASAP, as we know how important it is to receive your items promptly.
