Returns and Exchanges
OUR RETURNS POLICY
We want you to love your new Natopia purchase. But we understand sometimes they are not quite right so we have the following return options available in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law:
All items whether sale or full price can be returned for either a credit note or a refund, so long as it meets our returns conditions.
The shipping cost to return the item is paid for by the customer.
To avoid disappointment on missing out on your desired item we do not offer exchanges. We recommend purchasing the desired item immediately and sending back your original item for a refund or store credit.
- The items are returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be in original condition as purchased. Garments must not have been worn or washed (We encourage you to try them on of course! They might look smaller than you expect but they have a great amount of stretch, trust us!)
- The shipping cost to return the item is payable by the customer.
Natopia reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet the above conditions.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
You can return an item purchased online by printing and filling out our returns form which can be found here.
Please ensure you use a protective bag and we recommend sending via a traceable form of postage as Natopia will not be responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in transit.
Please note: all returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Natopia.
REFUNDS – ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Provided the conditions in our returns policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment. Please note that delivery costs will be excluded unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (eg. they are faulty or not as ordered). Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after receiving the returned item/s.
If a credit note is requsted we will email the item by way of a gift voucher to your email address.
