From time to time we will offer pre-orders on products. Pre-order products are usually new products and are not yet at our warehouse. We offer pre-orders on products where we believe there will be a high demand.
PRE ORDER ARRIVAL DATES
We will provide an estimated date of arrival for our pre-order items but these are an estimate only and cannot be guaranteed. We will keep you updated if we know there will be delays. No compensation will be offered for late deliveries but we will offer refunds at any time prior to delivery if you prefer not to wait. You can do so by emailing email@example.com
PRE ORDER PAYMENT
We require payment in full for all pre-orders. We accept credit cards, paypal, shop pay, Google pay, apple pay and afterpay. Please note, if you choose afterpay, you may receive your purchase after you have made all repayments.
ORDERS COMBINING PRE-ORDERS AND REGULAR STOCKED ITEMS
If you choose to order pre-order items and regular stocked items together, we will ship the entire order once we have all of the stock. If at some point you wish to split the order to send in two parcels, we will charge a second delivery fee ($8.50)
Due to variations in device and computer/monitor settings, we cannot guarantee colours will exactly match the colour of the product. Base/background colours may also appear differently on screen.

We work hard to fulfil every pre-order we take but occasionally a situation may arise which is out of our control, such as faulty items or if we have been short supplied. If we cannot fulfil your pre-order we will notify you as soon as possible and offer full refund or exchange. No additional compensation will be offered for unfulfilled
